Quand on montre un objet, il y a ceux qui regardent la main et ceux qui regardent la direction. Mon sentiment est qu’aujourd’hui on passe beaucoup trop de temps et d’investissements à essayer d’utiliser les technologies pour prolonger les modèles actuels de la distribution, alors que l’on devrait travailler à les réinventer par le logiciel. La société qui se présente sera bâtie sur le logiciel avant de l’être sur des modèles liés au « physique ».
Nous basculons de la société industrielle à la société digitale, il s’agit d’une révolution et non d’une simple évolution pour toute la société.*
